For business advice, or advice on starting a small business, we operate a unique Open Surgery where you allow us into your business for two days to open your eyes a little wider and allow you to see what is and what isn’t working from a fresh, unbiased, objective and unprejudiced point of view.

The two days are split up and allow us to do two things:

Firstly, we look at your sales and staff productivity to find ways to enhance your sales, improve your margins and average sales, as well as finding ways to reduce costs immediately.

Secondly, we find as many problems, issues and mistakes that we can, this is in the form of staff questionnaires, opinions and points of view, as well as looking at and delving into all costs involved in running your operation.

At the end of the Surgery we will produce a detailed breakdown of everything we have taken and learned from our time inside your business. This will include not only every issue found and its suggested solution, but also everything positive in your operation.

Once you have received your Surgery Records you are in control of what to do next, either solve the issues that we have highlighted (and congratulated the positive points) or contact us to solve some of them or all of them for you, the choice is entirely yours.
